§ 7.53 <br /> <br />Intoxicating Liquors Off. sale <br /> <br />changes are made. In the case of a corporation, the licensee shall notify the City <br />Administrator when a person not listed in the application acquires an interest <br />which, together with that of his spouse, parent, brother, sister or child, exceeds <br />5%, and shall give all information about said person as is required of a person <br />puts,rout to the provisions of §7.53.05 of this chapter. <br /> <br /> Sub& 16. At the time a licensee submits an application for a license or <br />for renewal of a license, the hcensee shall state the nature and amount of any <br />contribution or contributions made in the preceding five years for state and local <br />political c~mpaigns or for political purposes, the person to whom the contribution <br />was made, and the person or organization for whom intended. <br /> <br /> SubcL 17. No license shall sell, offer for sale, or keep for sale, alcoholic <br />beverages in any original package which has been refilled or partly refilled. No <br />licensee shall directly or through any other person dilute or in any manner tamper <br />with the contents of any original package so as to change its composition or <br />alcoholic content while in the original package. Possession on the premises by the <br />licensee of any alcoholic beverage in the original package differing in the <br />composition or alcoholic content in the liquor when received from the <br />manufacturer or wholesaler from whom it was purchased shall be prima facie <br />evidence that the contents of the original package has been diluted, changed or <br />tampered with. <br /> <br /> SubcL 20. No transfer of a license shall be permitted from place to <br />place or person to person without complying with the requirements of an original <br />application, except as provided by §7.53.08 subdivision 5 and each transfer shall <br />require the approval of the City Council and the Liquor Control Commissioner. <br /> <br /> SubcL 21. No liquor license may be issued, maintained, or renewed <br />unless the apphcant demonstrates proof of financial responsibility as defined in <br />Minnesota Statutes §340A.409 with regard to liability under the Statutes §340A.801. <br />Such proof shall be Fried ~ith the Commissioner of Public Safety. Any liability <br />insurance policy filed as proof of 6nancial responsibility under this Subdivision <br />shall conform to Minneso~ Statutes §340A.409. <br /> <br />7.53.13 Fi,~-ncial responsibili~- n,~d in.~urance. Compliance ~th financial <br />responsibility requirements of State law and of this subsection is a continuing <br />condition of any license granted pursuant to this subsection. <br /> <br />7.53.14 Licensee's responsibility. EveQ' licensee is responsible for the conduct <br />in the licensed establishment and any sale of alcoholic beverage by any employee <br />authorized to sell alcoholic beverages in the establishment is the act of the licensee. <br /> <br />7.5:].15 <br />off-sale licensee: <br /> a. <br /> b. <br /> C. <br /> d. <br /> e. <br /> <br />Hours of operation.
