Every licensee shall be responsible for the conduct of the <br />licensee's pi~ of business and for the conditions of sobriety and order in the place <br />of busineSs'~,and on the premises. <br /> ~Subd. 4. No "off-sale" licensee shall sell alcoholic beverage "on-sale". <br /> ~S~ ~bd. 5. No license shall be effective beyond the building space shown <br />in the licer~' el:aPplication for such license. <br /> i~ $~[bd. 6. No person under 18 years of age shall be employed in any <br />rooms constit/l~ing the place in which alcoholic beverages are sold at retail. <br /> <br /> i ~b~i 7. No alcoholic beverage shall be sold or furmshed or delivered <br />to any into~ica~d person, to any habitual dr~mkard, to any person under 21 years <br />of age or to ian~ person to whom sale is prohibited by state law. <br /> i SU.. bd-8. No licensee or employees of a licensee sha/I keep, possess, or <br />operate or Pe~t the or operation of any slot machine, dice, or any gambling device <br />or apparat~s.10n the licensed premises, or in any room adjoining the licensed <br />premiseS, no~; ~,shall any such person permit any gambling therein, except as <br />authorized by%he State of Minnesota charitable g~mbling law. <br /> '~ SUb& 9. No licensee shall knowingly permit the licensed premises or <br />any room m tilose premises, or any adjoining building directly or indirectly under <br />the licensees ~6ntrol, to be used as a resort for prostitutes. <br /> <br /> Sub&10. Any police officer, health officer, sanitarian, building <br />inspector, ~r ~y property designated officer or employee of the City shall have the <br />right to e~te~,' inspect a~d search the premises of the licensee during business <br />hours without, a warrant. <br /> i ,F~3bd. 11. No licensee shall apply for or possess a Federal Wholesale <br />Retail LiqU,°r Dealer's special tax stamp or a federal g~mbling st~mp. <br /> <br /> i~ SUb& 1P_ No equipment or fixture in any licensed place shall be <br />owned in Whole or in part by any manufacturer or distiller of alcoholic beverage, <br />except suc~asi ~hal] be expressly permitted by state taw. <br /> . .~SUbd. l& The retail sale for beverage purposes of ethyl alcohol or <br />neutral spiritS, or substitutes therefore, possessing the taste, aroma, and <br />characteris'Sc~ igenerally attributed to ethyl alcohol or neutral spirits, as such, is <br />hereby pro] ~ibited. Nothing in this paragraph sh~]] be construed to prohibit the <br />sale of oth~ ;r ~roducts obtained by the use of ethyl alcohol or neutral spirits as <br />defined in [J.$~ Treasury Department, Bureau of Internal Revenue, Regulations <br />125, ArticlelTri Standards of Identity for Distilled Spirits. <br /> <br /> i S,.,bd. 14. The business records of the licensee, including federal and <br />state income iax returns, shall be available for inspection by the City Council or <br />other duly authorized representative of the City at all reasonable times. <br /> i~bd. 15.
