Place on a subsequent <br />agenda for discussion and recommendation. <br /> <br />Commissioner Deemer of the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission stated that a Bong time ago, P&Z had asked <br />City Council to allow them to review in-house projects. <br />The minutes indicated that someone would get back to the <br />Commission regarding this issue. He wants to know what <br />is happening with this. Please let them know where this <br />stands. Comment: Mr. Schroeder stated that City <br />Staff will provide a status update of municipal <br />projects to ali Commissions on a quarterly or <br />similar basis. <br /> <br />The Board of Adjustment has requested that research be <br />done with regard to what's involved to vacate the <br />Magnesium Street N.W. cul-de-sac easement as it enters <br />Windemere Woods and report back to City Council with a <br />recommendation to proceed or not to proceed. Work with <br />City Attorney Goodrich. <br /> <br />Execute Resolution #92-07-175 (Deemer/Bawden/AII) <br />adopting Findings of Fact #0317 relating to Daniel <br />Brehm's request for a variance... <br /> <br />Execute Resolution #92-07-176 (Deemer/Holland/All) <br />approving Mr. Daniel Brehm's request and declaring <br />terms of the variance to construct accessory structures <br />nearer the front property line . . . <br /> <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission voted to recommend <br />to City Council to adopt Findings of Fact, as amended, <br />relating to Bury and Carlson's request for a conditional <br />use permit to establish a processing facility for <br />demolition cement and asphalt in the BW District. <br /> <br />The P&Z Commission recommended that City Council <br />approve the issuance of a conditional use permit, as <br />amended, to Bury and Carlson contingent upon 143rd <br />Avenue N.W. and Jaspar Street N.W. being improved to 9 <br />ton standards and the site plan being modified as follows: <br />a) designate lighting plan; b) designate refuse storage <br />area and required screening; c) redesigning the site plan <br />to allow for a 33 foot outlot along the northern boundary <br />of the site and a 20 foot side yard setback. <br /> <br />Supply Sylvia with a dollar amount for financial <br />guarantees for on-site and off-site improvements with <br />regard to Bury and Carlson conditional use permit. <br /> <br />C <br /> <br />C <br /> <br />C <br /> <br />C <br /> <br />C <br /> <br />C <br /> <br /> <br />
