Please place on the Council agenda. <br /> <br />The P&Z Commission voted to recommend that City <br />Council approve the site plan for the Skelgas expansion <br />contingent upon the applicant complying with City Staff <br />review letter dated July 28, 1992. The P&Z voted to <br />waive the paving requiremenl because il is entirely <br />within a fenced area for private use - not for public <br />(eilher a vendor or public in general). Approval for an <br />all metal building was granted because of the National <br />Fire Protection Association, however, the metal is not to <br />look like metal. <br /> <br />The P&Z Commission voted to have the City Council <br />schedule a public hearing to discuss the City's <br />transportation plan of routing Highway #47 down <br />Ramsey Boulevard N.W. and that all affected property <br />owners be notified of such hearing. Please place this on a <br />Council agenda. Comment: Mr. Jankowski stated <br />this will be discussed with Mr. Schroeder at the <br />next Staff meeting (week of September 29th). <br /> <br />The P&Z Commission voted to recommend that City <br />Council review, for the purpose of rescinding, the <br />conditional use permit for Danny's Aluminum Processing <br />Inc.. Please place this on the Council agenda. <br />Commissioner Deemer also submitted pictures of Danny's <br />and want them forwarded to City Council. <br /> <br />Re: John Ploeger's request - add a finding to read "That in <br />1976, at the time of platting of Reilley Estates, rear <br />setbacks would have been 40 feet because it's a rural <br />area, inclusive, and river shoreline had nothing to do <br />with it. Add a finding to read "That the applicant is <br />requesting front yard setback to save mature oak trees at <br />the request of the Department of Natural Resources. <br /> <br />Execute Resolution #92-08-204 (Deemer/Bawden/AIl) <br />declaring Findings of Fact #0320, as amended, relating <br />to a request for a variance from the front yard setback <br />requirement on Lot 8, Block 1, Reilley Estates. <br /> <br />Re: John Ploeger's request - add a term to read "That the <br />house will be staked as illustrated on the Certificate of <br />Survey".
