'! <br /> : <br /> <br />8/27/92 <br /> <br />9/1/92 <br /> <br />9/1/92 <br /> <br />9/1/92 <br /> <br />9/1/92 <br /> <br />During a Council Workshop, it was suggested that the <br />Planning and Zoning Commission should discuss an <br />architectural review ordiancne. <br /> <br />Commissioner Deemer mentioned reading the Council <br />Workshop minutes and felt that the statement about <br />architectural ordinance ought to be put on the status <br />report for P&Z. The paragraph reads as so: An <br />architectural review ordinance was suggested ..... It <br />was determined that the Planning and Zoning commission <br />should review that suggestion. <br /> <br />Chairperson Bawden asked that allpages be numbered in <br />the P&Z agenda to make it easier when referring to a <br />certain page. <br /> <br />The P&Z voted to recommend that City Council grant final <br />plat approval to Northfork Links 3rd Addition. Forward <br />recommendation to Council agenda. <br /> <br />Following are the amendments recommended by the <br />Planning and Zoning Commission with regard to Mr. <br />Kurak's request for a CUP: #14 should read: "That the <br />proposed use will not be unduly dangerous . . ." #15 <br />should read: "That the proposed use will not <br />substantially impair the use, " #16 should read: <br />"That the proposed use will be harmonious .... "#17 <br />should read: "That the proposed use will be operated and <br />maintained..." #18 should read: That the proposed use <br />will not be hazardous . . ." #19 should read: "That the <br />proposed used will be a substantial improvement . . ." <br />#20 shq.uld read: "That the proposed use will not create <br />excessive additional requirements..." #21 should read: <br />"That the proposed use will not involve activities, <br />processes, equipment and conditionals of operation that <br />will be detrimental . . ." #22 should read: "That the <br />proposed use will be consistent with the intent and <br />purposes of Section 9.03.04 . . ." Add a finding to read <br />"That no opposition was stated at the public hearing held <br />by the Planning and Zoning Commission on September 1, <br />1992. The Planning and Zoning Commission voted to <br />accept the findings of fact, as amended, and to recommend <br />that city council adopt Findings of Fact # relating to <br />Tom Kurak's request for a conditional use permit for an <br />outside display/sales area at 7655 Highway #10 N.W. <br />Forward to Council. <br /> <br />C <br /> <br />N <br /> <br />C <br /> <br />C <br /> <br /> <br />
