Frolik Frolik Frolik 9/1/92 9/1/92 9/1/92 Following are the amendments recommended for the terms of the Conditional Use Permit for Tom Kurak: Based upon discussion amend #2 to read "The subjecl property shall be permitted ...... maximum of twenty-seven (27) vehicles. #4 to read "The subject property shall maintain a minimum of three (3) off- street customer parking spaces, one (1) of which should be designated for handicapped and two (2) employee parking spaces." #6b should be amended to just read Concrete curbing - ncl B-612 concrete curbing. Add a term to read "The Building Inspector will inspect the barn on the subject property". The P&Z Commission voted to recommend that City Council approve Mr. Ton Kurak's request for a conditional use permit, as amended, for an outside display/sales area at 6304 Highway #10 N.W. Forward to Council. The P&Z suggested offering an optional curb to businesses. C C Regarding Danny's Aluminum Processing: add a findings C to read: "The City of Ramsey has defined that when a site receives discarded materials and processes these materials into an end product with value, then it's considered manufacturing. When a site receives discarded materials for collection and recycles them at another site, it's considered a solid waste management facility," Amend #26 to read "That the proposed use will not substantially adversely impair..." #27 should read: "That the proposed use will be harmonious . . ." Amend #12 to delete the word "signed" in the sentence signed architectural drawings. Add a findings to read "That current operating conditions are not in compliance with the conditional use permit in existence. (Place this finding between the present #27 which read "That the proposed use will not substantially adversely impair the enjoyment ." and #28 which reads "That the proposed use will be designed...") Amend #28 to read "That the proposed use will be designed, constructed, operated and maintained so as to be harmonious and appropriate in appearance with the existing or intended character of the general vicinity and will not change the essential character of the area. Delete #29. Amend #30 to read "That the proposed use will not create excessive . . ." Amend #31 by making it two findings. The first one will read "'That the proposed use will involve uses, activities, processes, materials and equipment and conditions of operation that may be detrimental to persons, property or the general welfare by reason of excessive production of smoke, fumes and odor." The second one will read "That the proposed use will not involve uses, activities, processes, materials and equipment and conditions of operation that may be detrimental to persons, property or the general welfare by reason of excessive glare, noise or traffic."
