Frolik <br /> <br />Frolik <br /> <br />Frolik <br /> <br />9/1/92 <br /> <br />9/1/92 <br /> <br />9/1/92 <br /> <br />Following are the amendments recommended for the <br />terms of the Conditional Use Permit for Tom Kurak: <br />Based upon discussion amend #2 to read "The subjecl <br />property shall be permitted ...... maximum of <br />twenty-seven (27) vehicles. #4 to read "The subject <br />property shall maintain a minimum of three (3) off- <br />street customer parking spaces, one (1) of which should <br />be designated for handicapped and two (2) employee <br />parking spaces." #6b should be amended to just read <br />Concrete curbing - ncl B-612 concrete curbing. Add a <br />term to read "The Building Inspector will inspect the <br />barn on the subject property". The P&Z Commission <br />voted to recommend that City Council approve Mr. Ton <br />Kurak's request for a conditional use permit, as amended, <br />for an outside display/sales area at 6304 Highway #10 <br />N.W. Forward to Council. <br /> <br />The P&Z suggested offering an optional curb to <br />businesses. <br /> <br />C <br /> <br />C <br /> <br />Regarding Danny's Aluminum Processing: add a findings C <br />to read: "The City of Ramsey has defined that when a site <br />receives discarded materials and processes these <br />materials into an end product with value, then it's <br />considered manufacturing. When a site receives <br />discarded materials for collection and recycles them at <br />another site, it's considered a solid waste management <br />facility," Amend #26 to read "That the proposed use will <br />not substantially adversely impair..." #27 should read: <br />"That the proposed use will be harmonious . . ." Amend <br />#12 to delete the word "signed" in the sentence signed <br />architectural drawings. Add a findings to read "That <br />current operating conditions are not in compliance with <br />the conditional use permit in existence. (Place this <br />finding between the present #27 which read <br />"That the proposed use will not substantially <br />adversely impair the enjoyment ." and #28 <br />which reads "That the proposed use will be <br />designed...") Amend #28 to read "That the proposed <br />use will be designed, constructed, operated and <br />maintained so as to be harmonious and appropriate in <br />appearance with the existing or intended character of the <br />general vicinity and will not change the essential <br />character of the area. Delete #29. Amend #30 to read <br />"That the proposed use will not create excessive . . ." <br />Amend #31 by making it two findings. The first one will <br />read "'That the proposed use will involve uses, activities, <br />processes, materials and equipment and conditions of <br />operation that may be detrimental to persons, property <br />or the general welfare by reason of excessive production <br />of smoke, fumes and odor." The second one will read <br />"That the proposed use will not involve uses, activities, <br />processes, materials and equipment and conditions of <br />operation that may be detrimental to persons, property <br />or the general welfare by reason of excessive glare, <br />noise or traffic." Amend #32 to read "That the proposed <br />use wilt not be unduly dangerous..."
