Amend #10 by deleting <br />"Cutting of uncontaminated feedstock to fit the melt <br />furnaces may be conducted outside the building if <br />completely screened from public view. Amend #12 to <br />read "Batteries shall be stored in a leak proof and acid <br />resistant container in accordance . . ." Amend #13 to <br />read "The exterior storage of any materials on the site, <br />either unprocessed or processed, shall be limited to six <br />(6) year time frame from the date of approval of this <br />CUP, shall be screened from public view, and shall be <br />limited to pile heights of eight (8) feet. At six years, all <br />exterior storage is prohibited . . ." Amend #15 to read <br />"The Permit Holder shall store all feedstock material <br />with oil or fluid residues within leakproof containers or <br />within a building so as to minimize potential storm water <br />runoff contamination". Amend #16 to read "The outside <br />storage of inoperable vehicles shall be limited to 15 <br />vehicles and trailers, or parts thereof." Amend #17 to <br />read "The use of trailers, trucks or vehicles .... All <br />vehicles and trailers on site must have a current license, <br />be registered, be road worthy and have a current State of <br />Minnesota vehicle inspection sticker on them The P&Z <br />Commission recommended City Council adopt the <br />resolution approving the issuance of an amended <br />conditional use permit to Danny*s Aluminum Processing, <br />Inc. Forward to City Council.. Comment: Council <br />denied same. <br /> <br />The drawing of the proposed building from Danny Karst <br />did not show the roof as pitched and the Commission <br />requested you receive a new drawing from him. Aisc that <br />the street lighting be specified as horizontal deflecting. <br /> <br />The P&Z voted to recommend that City Council grant site <br />plan approval to Mr. Karst's proposal for a structure on <br />Lots 2 and 3, Block 4, Gateway North Industrial Park <br />Plat #2 contingent upon compliance with City Staff <br />review letter dated August 27, 1992. Forward to City <br />Council. Comment: No action - C.U.P. denied. <br /> <br />Because of the late hour, the Commission tabled Case #5: <br />review of Ramsey City Code Sections 9.50.37 to 9.50.59, <br />Case #6: Monthly Status Report and Case #7: Discuss <br />more timely receipt of meeting minutes for approval and <br />noting.
