Subdivision - Design Standards § 9.50.30 <br /> <br /> provided. In the event it is feasible to connect to existing O r <br /> proposed storm sewer systems, ns identified in <br /> the City's storm drainage plan, storm sewer <br /> mains within the Subdivision shall be installed. <br /> <br />5. Water. Water mains and service connections stubbed in to the <br /> property line shall be installed to serve all tots in the Subdivision <br /> when the location of such plat is within an area of the City which <br /> is either being assessed for water service or within which <br /> e .........for such service have has been a~m-r-ded <br /> a ut h o riz e d by the Council. The Council, in its <br /> discretion, may waive the application of this portion of the <br /> ordinance upon a showing that to require the installation of water <br /> mains within the Subdivision would not be feasible with regard <br /> to the extension of existing trunk mains to service the <br /> Subdivision or that the particular locations or unusual <br /> circumstances of the proposed plat would cause undue hardship <br /> to either the owner or subdivider or the City. <br />6. Street Traffic Control Signals. If deemed necessary by <br /> the City Engineer and City Council, the owner or subdivider <br /> shall install street traffic control signals. The signalization shall <br /> be constructed in conjunction with the street unless the City <br /> Council grants a waiver to delay signalization. In the event such <br /> waiver is granted, the owner or subdivider shall deposit with the <br /> City a sum of money equivalent to the Engineer's estimated cost <br /> of the signalization. <br /> <br />7. Easement Acquisition. Prior to the time of construction, the <br /> owner or subdivider shall obtain all easements required for the <br /> project. At the time the project is complete and turned over to <br /> the City, all easements shall be deeded to the City. ~P,-the-eve~ <br /> <br /> c .... :"d ...... pr act "0 a c,; ...... <br /> <br />8. Lot Grading. All lots shall be graded in accordance with the <br /> final grading plan. In addition, erosion control measures shall <br /> be followed to eliminate erosion. Upon completion of the <br /> grading, topsoil shall be restored and temporary vegetation <br /> established. <br /> <br />gu <br /> <br />Park and Trail Development. The Park and <br />Recreation commission shall establish a park <br />and trail development plan prior to recording <br />of the plat and entering into the development <br />agreement, The City Engineer shall provide a <br />feasibility study for completion of this park <br />and trail development estimating the cost of <br />said development. This development shall <br />then be completed as aStage I Improvement. <br /> <br /> <br />
