As stated in {}9.50.50 <br />Subd. 6, the s~bd.i.9~ider may elect to construct the improvements at his own expense and <br />without City PartiCipation in the expense. However, the City reserves the right to elect to <br />install all or alayi!part of the improvements required under the provisions of this title <br />pursuant to Mihne~ota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended.
