The consensus of the Commission was to recommend approval of the conditional use permit based <br />on the building plans submitted and contingent upon the terms of the permit including the <br />following: <br /> <br />a) <br /> <br />Implement a manure management plan to remove manure from the property <br />monthly during the warm months, April through October at a minimum. Manure <br />stored on site over the winters months shall be removed in the spring. <br /> <br />b) <br /> <br />Installation of 6' high 14 guage welded ,.,,,ire fencing with a 2"x4" mesh, as <br />proposed by the applicant; any deviation from the fencing proposed will require <br />prior City approval. <br /> <br />c) That there be no outside storage of horse related equipment and supplies. <br /> <br />COMMISSION INPUT <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />ADJOURN <br /> <br />The consensus of the Commission was to adjourn the meeting at 8:05 p.m. <br /> <br />Respectfully submitted, <br /> <br />Sylvia Frolik <br />Zoning Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
