Section 9~21!~3 B-3 Hi~g~way Business District: Amend the permitted uses to include eniiloi'~ retail and r,,ntal activity, offices, banks, personal and professional services, d~'vli-in and convenience, fast food establishments, commercial car washes, gas station, tru~:k/imp, and motor vehicle repair, convenience store with gasoline. Amend conditiona[uS~S to eliminate same and establish the criteria for conditional uses as standards f~pr )~rmitted uses. Amend accessory uses to include open and outdoor storage, service, Sal~s, ~splay or rental.
