Please place this on a <br />Council agenda. Comment: Mr. Jankowski stated <br />this will be discussed with Mr. Schroeder at the <br />next Staff meeting (week of September 29th), <br />On present agenda (November) <br /> <br />During a Council Workshop, it was suggested that the <br />Planning and Zoning Commission should discuss an <br />architectural review ordinance. <br /> <br />Execute Resolution #92-09-248 (adopting Findings of <br />Fact #0323 for Eugene Dubois at 15030 Willemite <br />Street N.W. Amend Items 12 - 16 of the Findings of Fact <br />to a positive nature. <br /> <br />Execute Resolution #92-09-249 ( granting a variance <br />to front and side yard setbacks at 15030 Willemite <br />Street N.W. <br /> <br />Amend motion on page M18 of agenda packet - September <br />1, 1992 P&Z meeting. <br /> <br />Regarding the CUP request to establish professional <br />offices and retail sales in the B-3 Highway Business <br />District; Case of William Dubats, the P&Z made the <br />following amendments: #11: "That the proposed use will <br />not be dangerous or detrimental . . ." #12: "That the <br />proposed use will not substantially or adversely impair <br />the use . . ." #13: "That the proposed use will be <br />harmonious with and in accordance with ." #14: <br />"That the proposed use will be operated and maintained in <br />order to be harmonious and appropriate in appearance <br />with the existing and intended character of the B-3 <br />Highway Business District and the proposed use will not <br />change the essential character of the B-3 Highway <br />Business District". #15: "That the proposed use will <br />not be hazardous or disturbing . . ." #16: "That the <br />proposed use will be an improvement to the property.. <br />"#17: "That the proposed use will be adequately served <br />by essential public services . . ." #18: "That the <br />proposed use will not create excessive additional <br />requirements at public cost for public facilities and <br />services and that the proposed use will not be detrimental <br />to the economic welfare of the community". #19: "That <br />the proposed use will not involve uses, activities or <br />processes that will be detrimental..." <br /> <br />P <br /> <br />C <br /> <br />C <br /> <br />C <br /> <br />C <br /> <br /> <br />
