Forward to <br />Council, <br /> <br />The P&Z voted to recommend that City Council adopt a <br />resolution approving the issuance of a conditional use <br />permit to Mr. William Dubats and declaring terms of <br />same. Forward to Council. <br /> <br />The P&Z Commission felt there was not enough time to <br />thoroughly discuss the uses in the B-3 Highway Business <br />District and therefore tabled it until the special meeting <br />on the 15th of October. They asked that you have a draft <br />ordinance available for them to look at that evening. <br /> <br />The P&Z recommended that City Council delete the <br />requirement of new construction for an off-sale liquor <br />store. Please forward <br />recommendation to Council. <br /> <br />Following are the amendments suggested by the P&Z with <br />regard to the 9.50.37 Park & Open Spaces: Subd. 6 (a) <br />% .... based upon recommendation by the City Assessor <br />and/or City Administrator Designee. Subd. 9 <br />Complete, construct and parc surface (because paving is <br />not appropriate for all uses - such as horse trails). <br />Subd. 9 (e) Provide sufficient public road access cf nc <br />~cc,,~ then 390 fcet and parking as deemed <br />appropriate by the City Engineer for neighborhood <br />parks, and additional frontage for community parks. <br />9.50.38 Subd. 1 include a definition of <br />Regulatory Flood Protection Elevation. 9.50.58 <br />Construction definition of trail ways - P&Z voted to add <br />more classifications of trails conducive to their specific <br />use. The P&Z asked to review the amendments prior to <br />scheduling a public hearing.
