Please
forward this recommendation to Council.

With regard to Commissioner expenditures, the P&Z
voted for the following option with the following
amendment: Pay expenses at a flat rate subject to payroll
taxes and withholdings; said payments will be reported to
the IRS and that anyone has the option of keeping track of
their expenses over and above the $20 or $25 and
turning them in for reimbursement.
Informalion from Commissions is being
summarized and will be presented to the
Personnel Committee.

Commissioner Deemer directed that you check into ways
of possibly getting the minutes to Council and
Commissions in a more timely fashion and report back to
him any ideas you've come up with.

The P&Z Commission stated what they meant by
reviewing in-house projects is that all public funded
improvement projects shall be reviewed for comment,
not recommendation, by the Planning and Zoning
Commission. (e.g. 153rd Avenue project - they would
have recommended street lights, etc.). I will be giving
Steve Jankowski this direction.

Ryan directed you write a case regarding 153rd Avenue
for review by the P&Z Commission for their November
meeting. They will be given the chance to review in-
house projects during the planning stage.

The P&Z Commission directed a case be written for the
November agenda regarding the Highway #10 Corridor
Study.

Set up a schedule to meet with Steve Jankowski about in-
house projects for P&Z review and also set up a monthly
schedule to meet with Ryan Schroeder and Steve
Jankowski regarding P&Z review of public improvement
projects.

C

C

C

C

P

C

C

C

P
