Amend #15 to read "That <br />the proposed use will not be dangerous or detrimental <br />." Amend #16 to read "That the proposed use will not <br />substantially or adversely impair the use, enjoyment . . <br />" Delete #17: "That the proposed use will/will not be <br />harmonious..." Amend #t8 to read "That the proposed <br />use will be operated and maintained in order to be <br />harmonious..." Amend #19 to read "That the proposed <br />use will not be hazardous or disturbing to existing or . . <br />." Amend #20 to read "That the proposed use will be an <br />improvement to the property . . ." Amend #21 to read <br />"That the proposed use will be adequately served by <br />essential public services..." Amend #22 to read "That <br />the proposed use will not create excessive additional <br />requirements at public cost for public facilities and <br />services and that the proposed use will not be detrimental <br />to the..." Gfroerer, stating opposition to the <br />expansion was received at the public hearing. <br /> <br />The P&Z recommended that City Council adopt the <br />resolution adopting the findings of fact, as amended, <br />relating to Mr. Ron Danner's request to expand a <br />manufacturing facility in the B-1 Business District. <br />Forward to Council at their October 27, 1992 meeting. <br /> <br />The P&Z recommended that City Council adopt the <br />resolution approving the issuance of a conditional use <br />permit, based on the findings of fact, to Ron Danner to <br />expand the manufacturing facility at 16735 Quicksilver <br />Street N.W. Forward to Council at their October 27, <br />1992 meeting. <br /> <br />Mr. Ron Danner stated he changed the size of his proposed <br />accessory structure to 32 x 60. <br /> <br />The P&Z recommended that City Council approve the site <br />plan for the expansion of Danner's Cabinet Shop at <br />16735 Quicksilver Street N.W., as presented.
