Amend to <br />read: e. Provide sufficient public road access and <br />surfaced parking facility as deemed appropriate by the <br />Park and Recreation Commission and as recommended by <br />the City Engineer for neighborhood parks and community <br />parks. 9.50.50, Subd. 2, 1. (c) Trunk Storm Drainage <br />Facilities (Add: when specified). (i) concrete curb and <br />gutter (Add: urban). #2: (e) Seal Coating (Add: or <br />escrow for). Subd. 3, a. - change its own expense to: <br />their own expense. <br /> <br />With regard to City Code Sections 9.50.37 to 9.50.59 - <br />The P&Z mentioned, with regard to 9.50.51 Monuments, <br />Subdivision 2: that the right of way intersections should <br />be marked, but not the center line as the markers tend to <br />get covered up. <br /> <br />Bring the changes to these sections of the City Code to the <br />next regularly scheduled P&Z meeting (November 5) and <br />have a public hearing. <br /> <br />The proposed revisions to the B-3 Highway Business <br />District doesn't include a clause addressing conditional <br />uses. Add such clause.. Subd. 3, Accessory Uses: b. Open <br />and outdoor storage - (not to exceed 10% of the parcel <br />area), open and outdoor service, sales, display or rental <br />provided that: deal with sales, display and rental <br />separately. Make this item "c" and list criteria. <br />Following the reading of your concerns about losing <br />leverage without CUP's, the P&Z suggested adding "Any <br />use that doesn't meet standards would have to go through <br />site plan process.
