§9.20..22 <br /> [ <br /> <br />B-2 Business District. <br /> <br />B-2 Business District <br /> <br /> ~ :: Subdivision 1. Intent: To accommodate certain restricted business <br />uses to ac! aS ~t transition between intense nonresidential districts and residential districts. <br />These us~ a~e~ to provide services and goods only for the surrounding neighborhoods and <br />are not in~nd~ to draw customers from the entire community. <br /> <br /> ~ ~, ~Subd, 2 Permitted Uses: (Subject to general requirements and <br />performance ~ndards as specified by this Chapter). <br /> <br /> - a. Offices and banks. <br /> b. Personal and professional services. <br /> <br />Medical clinics. <br /> <br />id. Barber shops. <br /> <br />Beauty parlors. <br /> <br />Essential services. <br /> <br />Convenience grocery stores (not supermarket type and without <br />motor fuel facilities). <br /> <br />Laundromat, self-service washing and drying. <br /> <br />Convenience store with gasoline: Grocery and/or food operations, <br />with convenience gas (no vehicle service or repair). <br />Convenience/deli food is of the take-out type only and that no <br />provision for seating or consumption on the premises is provided. <br />Furthermore, that the enclosed area devoted to such activity, use and <br />merchandise shall not exceed 15% of the gross floor area. <br /> <br />uses in a B~2 Dtstnct: <br /> <br /> a. <br /> <br />Other uses may be permitted upon obtaining a conditional use <br />permit. <br /> <br />3. Accessory Uses: The following are permitted accessory <br /> <br />Commercial or business buildings and structures for a use accessory <br />to the principal use but such use shall not exceed 30% of the gross <br />floor space of the principal use. <br /> <br />Off-street parking as regulated by this Chapter, but not including <br />semi-trailer tracks. <br /> <br />Off-street loading as regulated by this Chapter. <br />Signing as regulated by the City Code. <br /> <br /> <br />
