Please place this on a <br />Council agenda. Comment: Mr. Jankowski stated <br />this will be discussed with Mr. Schroeder at the <br />next Staff meeting (week of September 29th). <br />On present agenda (November) <br /> <br />During a Council Workshop, it was suggested that the <br />Planning and Zoning Commission should discuss an <br />architectural review ordinance. <br /> <br />The P&Z recommended that City Council delete the <br />requirement of new construction for an off-sale liquor <br />store. Please forward this recommendation to Council. <br />Vote of 6/1 <br />Will go on December City Council agenda. <br /> <br />The P&Z recommended that City Council eliminate the <br />4,000 square foot minimum requirements from liquor <br />license ordinance. Vote of 4/3.
