Add a variance to read <br />"That this variance will not require a certificate of <br />survey for this construction". <br /> <br />Execute Resolution #92-11-285 (Deemer/Holland/All) <br />approving Jim and Diane O'Donnell's request for a <br />variance to construct an accessory structure nearer the <br />front property line than the principal structure on the <br />property known as 15933 Nowthen Blvd. N.W. and <br />declaring terms of the variance, <br /> <br />With regard to City Council action September 8, 1992 - <br />Danny's Aluminum Processing, Inc, Case title: <br />Consider Recommendation of Planning and Zoning <br />commission to Initiate Action to Revoke Conditional Use <br />Permit for Danny's Aluminum Processing, Inc. - Council <br />tabled it for further review. Commissioner Deemer <br />suggested that Cily Council should revive this case and <br />take the necessary action. Tabling a case insinuates <br />action will eventually follow. Place this item on a <br />subsequent Council agenda.
