Frolik ~' <br /> <br />Frolik <br /> <br />11/05/92 <br /> <br />11/05/92 <br /> <br />Following are the recommended changes to the findings of <br />fact relating to Dalles RV - #10: "That the Applicant <br />submitted a site plan dated October 15, 1992 and drawn <br />by Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. that proposed 50 <br />vehicle display spaces and a revised site plan dated <br />(forthcoming)and drawn by Hakanson Anderson <br />Associates, Inc. that proposed 32 vehicle display spaces. <br />#11' "That the revised site plan indicates that the <br />Applicant is proposing to asphalt and curb the driveway, <br />customer/employee parking area and outdoor display <br />area in accordance with City Code requirements and the <br />recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission <br />on November 5, 1992". Delete #12: "That the site plan <br />indicates that the Applicant is not proposing to asphalt <br />and curb . . ." #13: "That the Applicant is proposing to <br />have an outside display area on the site that will <br />accommodate 32 pieces of recreational travel <br />equipment." #16: "That the proposed use will not be <br />unduly dangerous or otherwise detrimental . . ." #17: <br />"That the proposed use will not substantially adversely <br />impair the use, enjoyment or market value . . ." #18: <br />"That the proposed use will be harmonious and in <br />accordance with ..." #19: "That the proposed use will <br />be operated and maintained so as to be harmonious and... <br />general vicinity and as such will not change the essential <br />character of the area". #20: "That the proposed use will <br />not be hazardous or disturbing . . . "#21' "That the <br />proposed use will be a substantial improvement to the <br />property . . ." #22: "That the proposed use will not <br />create excessive additional requirements . . ." #23: <br />"That the proposed use will not involve activities, <br />processes, equipment and conditions or operations that <br />will be detrimental to any persons . . ." #24: "That the <br />proposeed use will be consistent with the intent and <br />purposes..." <br /> <br />The P&Z Commission voted to recommend that City <br />Council adopt Findings of Fact # , as amended, <br />relating to a request from Dalles R.V.
