Conditions of the Conditional Use Permit <br /> The P&Z Commission voted to reduce the vehicle <br />display area in the front to two spaces. - Commissioner <br />Hendriksen voted no. #2: Reduce the amount of vehicles <br />to 31 and Delete "No vehicles shall be displayed along the <br />west side of driveway and replace it with no vehicles <br />shall be displayed closer than 40 feet to the front <br />property line. #6: The Permittee shall be responsible <br />for installing the following required improvements: <br />Place B612 concrete curbing along the driveway, <br />customer parking The curbing on the north and east <br />boundary of the vehicle display area shall be waived until <br />June 30, 1996 or upon the expansion of the vehicle <br />display area, whichever occurs first. #7: "The <br />improvements required shall be constructed and /or <br />installed by October 30, 1993. #8: "The outside storage <br />of any inoperable and/or used unlicensed vehicles, or <br />parts thereof .... " <br /> <br />The P&Z voted to recommend that City Council approve <br />the request from Dalles R.V. World, Inc. for a conditional <br />use permit, as amended, for an outside display area at <br />7103 Highway #10 N.W. contingent upon modifying the <br />site plan per Staff's recommendation and and contingent <br />upon receiving amended site plan and landscaping plan. <br /> <br />With regard to the findings of fact relating to J. and <br />Kristie Weinmann's request for a CUP to maintain horses' <br />- Amend the title of the resolution to read "two horses" <br />and amend #1 to read two horses. #16: "That the <br />proposed maintenance of horses on the subject property <br />will not be hazardous to existing or future neighboring <br />uses. (Delete "or disturbing").Strike all the findings <br />(#17, 19, 21, 23 and 25) that speak to metal <br />structures and add one finding to rea'd: :That if approved, <br />erection of a metal accessory structure on the subject <br />property would not be consistent with past and current <br />enforcement policies for like size parcels (less than 2.5 <br />acres in size). #18: "That the proposed maintenance of <br />horses on the subject property will not substantially <br />adversely impair the use . . ." #20: "That the proposed <br />maintenance of horses on the subject property will not <br />create excessive additional requirements at public cost <br />for public facilities and services and will not be <br />detrimental . . ." #22: "That the propQsed maintenance <br />of horses on the subject property will not involve uses, <br />activities, processes, materials and equipment that will <br />be detrimental to any persons, property, . ." #24: <br />"That if granted, the conditional use permit to maintain <br />horses on the subject property will not confer on the <br />Applicant a special privilege ..." <br /> <br />C <br /> <br />C <br /> <br />C <br /> <br /> <br />
