N.W. <br />Place on subsequent Council agenda. <br /> <br />Strike the word metal from the title of the resolution <br />declaring conditions of the CUP for Weinmann and also in <br />the opening paragraph - strike all reference to metal <br />accessory structures. Amend #3 to include to defer to <br />City Code for exterior finish requirements. (Leave the <br />height at a not to exceed 22'). Add a finding (4a) to read <br />"That exterior storage of licensed horse trailers will be <br />permitted." Amend #6 to read "The Permittee shall erect <br />a minimum five foot high fence. Amend #7 to read "The <br />Permittee shall be responsible for removing manure <br />accumulations from the subject property at least once a <br />month during the months of April through October at a <br />minimum. <br /> <br />The P&Z voted to recommend that City Council approve <br />Weinmann's request for a CUP for horses and approve the <br />request for an accessory structure at 7903 - 157th Ay. <br />N.W. and declare terms of conditional use permit <br />accordingly. Place on subsequent Council agenda. <br /> <br />Amendment to Chapter 9: #22 - amend to read "Off <br />street parking areas, driveways, traffic maneuvering <br />areas, open and outdoor service, sales, display or rental <br />areas shall be surfaced with concrete or blacktop and <br />finished with continuous concrete curbing as approved on <br />a site plan as recommended by the City Engineer. Any <br />site..." <br /> <br />The P&Z voted to recommend that City Council adopt <br />Ordinance #92-__ amending Chapter 9, Sections 9.02, <br />9.21.23, 9.50.37, 9.50.50 and 9.50.57. Place on <br />subsequent Council agenda. <br /> <br />Case #5: Review of City Code Regulations for Accessory <br />Structures was tabled due to lack of time. Placed on a <br />subsequent P&Z agenda. Case #7: 153rd Avenue <br />Crosstown Arterial was also tabled due to lack of time as <br />was Case #8 Noted the Project Status Report.
