PC CASE <br /> <br />CONSIDER ENDING PROBATIONARY PERIOD <br /> FOR CIVIL ENGINEER II <br /> <br />Givonna Reed, Human Resources Manager <br /> <br />Background <br /> <br />Leonard Linton was hired as the Civil Engineer II effective September 2, 2003. <br />Mr. Linton has successfidly completed the required six-month probationary period and <br />his supervisor, the Principal City Engineer/Assistant Director of Public Works, <br />recommends that Mr. Linton be retained as the regular, full-time Civil Engineer II. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation <br /> <br />Based on satisfactory completion of the six-month probationary period, staff recommends <br />that Leonard Linton be retained as the Civil Engineer II. <br /> <br />Committee Action: <br /> <br />Motion recommending that the City Council adopt a resolution ending the probationary <br />period for Leonard Linton and granting him status as the full-time, regular Civil Engineer <br />II. <br /> <br />Reviewed by: <br />Principal City Engineer/Assistant Director of Public Works <br /> <br />PC: 03-09-04 <br /> <br />G:XAdministration\HumanResources~ertbrmance Appraisals\Ending Probation\Linton, Leonard 03-09-04.doc <br /> <br /> <br />
