Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION # <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ENDING THE PROBATIONARY PERIOD FOR THE <br /> CIVIL ENGINEER II <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Leonard Linton was hired as the Civil Engineer II effective <br />September 2, 2004; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Linton has successfully completed a six-month probationary <br />period as the Civil Engineer II; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee, at its March 9, 2003 meeting agreed <br />with staffs recommendation to end the probationary period for Leonard Linton effective <br />March 2, 2004. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the <br />Personnel Committee to end the probationary period for Leonard Linton, effective <br />March 2, 2004. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councihnember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereofi <br /> <br />and the following voted against the salne: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the 9th day of March 2004. <br /> <br />G:\Administration\I-lumanResources\Performancc Apl)raisals\Ending Probation\Linton, Leonard 03-09-04.doc <br /> <br /> <br />
