<br />thc only tim,; ll',c ~ )t, dy would have the final say on a plat would be if it hits a county road.

<br />Town (!ct~lc!' ;~t~l '\lpi~c Acres. The City was forcing access, albeit public access in the form of

<br />aulhority, !¢~t linc ( otti~ty is taking this stance for safety. Sometimes what the county asks for gets
