What staff has told Ramsey <br />Town (ic~ ~tcr. lJ/' is; that staff is researching if some of the soft costs qualify for park credit as <br />well as i/'~h(~ ~-c~,~il l~arl< should be constrncted first. <br /> <br />City Adm i~i~;l~':ti~' Norman explained that Ramsey Town Center, LLC's argument is that the <br />devclop~n~:n~ will occur' from th.e outside inward should they develop a park where there is a lot <br />o1' wtcant kin,J ,)!' ,vhcrc the land is developing.
