A minimum of three (3) colors shall be used for each multi'p[e- <br />dwellin~z buildimz. Elements that tnav count towards this <br /> <br />r.equirement include: siding, trim. doors, garage doors, and <br />shinales. A color palette shall be included as a part of the building <br />elevation submittal at the time of preliminary plat review. <br /> <br />All multiple-dwellin~ structures shall include at least twvo (2) of the <br /> <br />followin~ architectm'al elements: <br /> a. Articulated/cantilevered facade <br /> b. Dom~ers <br /> c. ,~ticulated roof line <br /> d. Proiected or inset windows <br /> e. Balconies, porches, or decks <br /> f. Window treatments, such as shutters and window boxes <br /> <br />1. The 35% brick requirement (under General Standards - <br /> la) may be waived if two (2) of the following criteria are <br /> met: <br /> a. Two (2~ additional architecl:ural elements from the list <br /> above are included. <br /> b. Two (2) additional colors are included in the overall color <br /> <br /> palette, for a total of five (5) colors. <br />c.
