All multiple-dwellin,2 structures shall include at least two (2) of <br />the f'ollowina architectural elements: <br />a. Articulated/cantilevered facade <br />b. Dormers <br />c. Articulated roof line <br />d. Proiected or inset windows <br />e. Balconies. porches, or decks <br />5 Window treatments, such as shutters and window boxes <br /> <br />i. The 35% brick requirement (under General Standards <br /> <br />- la) may be waived if two (2) of the follo;ving criteria <br />are met: <br />a. Two (2) additional architectural elements from the list <br /> <br /> above are included. <br />b. Two (2) additional colors are included in the overall <br /> <br />'. ' ' color palette, for a total of five (5~ colors. <br /> c.
