' <br /> . <br /> <br />Associate Planner Wald stated if the Planning Commission and City CoUncil approve the'Interim <br />Use Permit it gives Staff a tool to use if they get a complaint. She indicated.there would'not be <br />code enforcement issues to deal with in that case. <br /> <br />Board Member Brauer noted Mr. Rockow could proceed: With an Interim Use Permit now and ' <br />come back in two years and ask for a variance if he stil:l~-wanted to do so. <br /> <br />Mr. Rockow stated that if the Interim Use Permitt does not work, be'will put the garage up. <br />indicated if he is going dewn this path, he wants his neighbors to go with him and agree. <br /> <br />Board Member Brauer noted they have said they will, and~ it is doubtful they wilI ail be in <br />a~eement.
