operate a private kennel at 5420 -~177th Lane N.~7., legally described <br />as Lots 5 and 6, Block 1, Riverwood Hills plat 1 and (2) directs that <br />all dogs, except those permitted under- Ordinance 76-4 be removed from <br />the subject premises on or before July 1, 1977, and (3) instructs <br />the City Attorney to take immediate appropriate action to enforce the <br />provisions of Ordinance No. 76-4 if the dogs are not removed on or <br />before July 1, 1977, and (4) instructs City Staff to report to the <br />Council at its June 27, 1977, meeting the status and/or progress the <br />applicant is making in complying with this resolution. <br /> <br />Passed by the City Council this 5th day of MaY, 1977. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />Attest: <br /> <br />-3- <br /> <br /> <br />
