RESOLUTION NO. 37 <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING CITY RESOLUTION #22 ESTABLISHING A FEE FOR PLUMBING <br />PERMITS PURSUANT TO ORDINANCE 74-5. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Section 3 of City Ordinance 74-5, provides for permit fees <br />for plumbing permits per Section 303, Chapter 3, of the Uniform Building <br />Code 1973 Edition and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City Resolution 22 set a $10,00 fee for septic systems <br />installation and/or repair and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, costs for administration and labor of these permits now <br />exceeds the fee amount. <br /> <br /> NOW BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Ramsey the <br />permit fee for the installation and/or repair of septic systems shall be <br />$15.00 each. <br /> <br />Adopted by the City Council on the 23rd day of May, 1977. <br /> <br />Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
