RESOLUTION NO. 38 <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />WHEREAS, certain citizens have requested the City investigate potential <br />traffic hazards at the intersection of 154th Lane and Zirconium Street N.W. <br />within the City of Ramse.y, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Police Chief, Street Superintendent and Administrative <br />Assistant have all reviewed the intersections of 154th Lane and Zirconium <br />Street N.W. and 153rd Lane and Xenon Street N.W.,and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the police chief reports one accident and at least one near <br />accident at the 154th Lane and Zirconium Street intersection, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the intersection of 153rd Lane and Xenon Street is partially <br />blinded by a hill to the west, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE City Council of the City of Ramsey that a "yield" sign <br />be placed at the intersection of 154th Lane and Zirconium Street N.W; and <br />a "yield" sign and "blind intersection" sign be placed at the intersection <br />of 153rd Lane and Xenon Street N.W., so as to insure safer traffic flow in <br />said areas. <br /> <br />Adopted this 23rd day of May 1977. <br /> <br />Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
