22. That it is necessary to adopt certain zoning <br />ordinance modifications in order to eliminate language <br />that is difficult to administer in the existing zoning <br />ordinance and to adopt new language which will better <br />meet the needs of Ramsey's continued development and <br />growth. <br /> <br /> RESOLVED, that based upon the Findings of Fact concern- <br />ing the Urban Planning District Study Report, the City <br />Council, City of Ramsey, hereby adopts the Urban Planning <br />District Study Report dated March 15, 1976, as amended <br />June 30, 1977, as an amendment to the City of Ramsey <br />Comprehensive Plan pursuant to the provisions of M.S.A. <br />462°355, Subd. 2 and be it <br /> <br /> FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Staff prepare the pro- <br />posed new zoning ordinance, soils ordinance, sewage disposal <br />ordinance and Amendment to the Subdivision Ordinance for in- <br />clusion in the City's Ordinance Codification system such that <br />these ordinances become law and effective at the earliest <br />possible date. <br /> <br /> PASSED by the Ramsey City Council this 24th day of <br />October 1977. <br /> <br />MAYOR <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />City Clerk - Treasurer <br /> <br /> <br />
