RESOLUTION NO. 46 <br /> <br /> City of Ramsey <br />County of Anoka <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE MORATORIUM PERIOD AS PRESCRIBED <br />BY CITY ORDINANCE #77-5 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey has adopted <br />Ordinance #77-5 extending the moratorium in the southeastern <br />portion of the City and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey has adopted <br />Resolution #45 "A resolution adopting the Urban Plan District <br />Report and Implementing Ordinances" and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey finds it <br />necessary to include the implementing ordinances and <br />ordinance modifications now being done into the code of the <br />City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED Section 1 Paragraph D is amended to extend <br />the effective date of the Planning Moratorium until <br />November 30, 1977. <br /> <br />Adopted this 24th day of October 1977 by the City Council <br />of the City of Ramsey, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />Attest: <br /> <br /> <br />
