RESOLUTION NO. i0 CITY OF RAMSEY COUNTY OF ANOKA STATE OF MINNESOTA RESOLUTION ACCEPTING CERTAIN STREETS IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY IN SECTIONS 1 5 and 16, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA WHEREAS the City of Ramsay has not officially accepted the streets listed below as official Ci~Streets, and WHEREAS the City of Ramsey has maintained the streets listed below for a period of six years or more, and WREREAS the City of Ramsay finds that it is an inconvenience to persons transferring land titles that this area platted by metes and bounds does not have record that the streets have been accepted by the City as City streets, THEREFORE be it hereby resolved that the City Council of the City of Ramsey wishes to officially accept the following streets in Section 15 and 16, Anoka County, Minnesota as City Streets. Jaspar Street between 163rd Avenue N.W. to Gebert's Addition and Olivine St. N.W., Marble Street N.W., Kamacite Street N.W. from 161st Lane N.W. to 164th Lane N.W., 164th Avenue N.W., and 163rd Avenue N.W. respectively; also, 162nd Lane N.W. from Olivine Street N.W. to the cul de sac; 163rd Avenue N.W. from Jaspar St. N.W. to Olivine St. N.W.; 161st Lane N.W. from Kamacite St. N.W. to Olivine St. N.M.; 164thAvenue N.W. from Jaspar Street N.W. to Marble Street N.W., 166thAvenue N.W. between Jaspar Street N.W. and Quartz Street N.W.; 164th Avenue N.W. from Quartz Street N.W. to Sapphire Street N.W.; 164th Lane N.W. from Sapphire Street N.W. to Uranimite Street N.W. and 163rd Lane N.W. from Uranimite Street N.W. to Variolite St. N.W. Also Uranimite Street N.W. from 163rd Lane N.W. to 164th Lane N.W. and Sapphire Street N.W. from 163rd Lane N.W. to 164th Lane N.W. Also Quartz Street N.W. from 163rd Lane N.W. to 167th Ave. N.W., and, 164th Lane N.W. and 163rd Lane N.W. between Olivine Street N.W. and Quartz Street N.W.
