OLD BUSINESS 1. Roland Looyan, entend temporary car lot, McGregor's A short discussion was held regarding the used car lot, Mr. Looyan said it is his intention to move out when McGregor ts build their new restaurant but that he would like an extension of time now. Motion by Councilman Mickelson, seconded by Councilman Reimann to extend the _temporary permit of Mr. Looyan to sell used cars at McGregor's restaurant for a period of six months. 4 Ayel 2. Accept Titterud Road. Motion by Councilman Reimann~ seconded by Councilmsn Mickelson to adopt Resolution No.~, accepting the roads in Sections 15 and 16, land~which~ was previously owned by Mr. Titterud and is now platted.by metes and bounds. The roads are: Jasper Street between 163rd Avenue N.W. to Gebert's Addition and Olivine Street N.M., Marble Street N.M., Kamacite Street N.M. from 161st Lane N.M. to 16~th Lane N.M., 164th Avenue NoWo, and 163rd Avenue N.M. respectively; 162nd Lane N.M. from Olivine Street N.W. to the cul de sac; 163rd Avenue N.M. from Jasper Street N.W. to Olivine Street N.W.; 161st Lane N.M. from Kamacite Street N.W. to Olivine St. N.M.; 16~th Avenue N.M. from Jaspar Street N.W. to Marble Street N.M., 166th Avenue N.M. between Jasper Street N.W. and Quartz Street N.W~;_164th Avenue-N.M. from Quartz Street N.M. to Sapphire Street; 164th Lane N.W. from Sapphire Street-to-Uranimite Street N.W. and 163rd Lane N.W. from Uranimite Street N.M. to Variolite Street N.M. Update Comprehensive Sewer Plan Engineer P~atik~a read a letter from Engineer Sha in answer to the memorandum letter from the Metro Council which was presented at the May 22, 1978 Council mee~ ng. A discussion was held regarding timing, affect on Urban Area in the City, etc. Motion by Councilman Reimann, seconded by Counci~n Mickelson to authorize the City's engineering firm, Consulting Engineer's Diversified to p~oceed with the recommendations as listed in Engineer Sha's letter to update the City's Comprehensive Sewer Plan at a cost not to exceed ~Aye
