RESOLUTION #21 CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the bituminous surfacing improvement of all streets listed in the following plats: so Menkveld's Country Park Plat 1. 163rd Lane N.W. 2. 164th Lane N.W. 3. Wolfram Street N.W. 4. Uranium Street N.W. bo Township 32, Range 25 and the SE of SE 1/4 of Section 10, Township 32, Range 25. 1. 164th Lane N.W. lying between Yttrium Street on the east and Azurite Street on the west 2. 162nd Avenue lying between Yttrium Street N.W. on the east and Azurite Street on the west 3. 166th Lane N.W. lying between Yttrium Street N.W. on the east and Zirconium Street N.W. on the west 4. Azurite Street lying between County State Aid #5 (Nowthen Blvd. N.W.) on the south and 164th Lane N.W. on the North 5. Zirconium Street N.W. lying between 162nd Avenue on the south and 166th Lane N.W. on the north 6. Yttrium Street N.W. lying between 162nd Avenue on the south and 167th Avenue N.W. on the north Greenland Hills Plat ~2 1. 151st Lane N.W. 2. 152nd Lane N.W. 3. Chameleon Street N.W. 4. Alpaca Street N.W. Bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law, and the follow- ing bids received comply with the advertisements: N.D.H. Company Hardrives Northern Asphalt Const. bid $142,147.00 bid $153,089.00 bid $190,982.52 AND WHEREAS, it appears that Norm D. Holm of N.D.H. Company is the lowest bidder, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA: 1. Mayor and Administrator/Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into the attached contract with N.D.H. Company in the name of City of Ramsey for the improvement of the above listed streets according to the plans and specifications therefor approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the Administrator/Clerk.
