RESOLUTION ~22 <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the bituminous <br />surfacing improvement of all streets listed in the following plat: <br /> <br />Whispering Pines Estates <br /> <br />154th Avenue N.W. <br />153rd Lane N.W. <br />154th Lane N.W. <br />155th Lane N.W. <br />156th Lane N.W. <br />Okapi Street N.W. <br />Nutria Street N.W. <br />Marmoset Street N.W. <br />Kangaroo Street N.W. <br />Jackel Street N.W. <br />Iguana Street N.W. <br /> <br />Bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law, and the follow- <br />ing bids received comply with the advertisements: <br /> <br />$111,830.00 N.D.H. <br />$122,993.00 Hardrives <br /> <br />AND WHEREAS, it appears that Norm D. Holm of N.D.H. Company is the lowest <br />bidder, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br /> 1. Mayor and Administrator/Clerk are hereby authorized and directed <br />to enter into the attached contract with N.D.H. Company in the name of <br />City of Ramsey for the improvement of the above listed streets according <br />to the plans and specifications therefor approved by the City Council and <br />on file in the office of the Administrator/Clerk. <br /> <br /> 2. The City Administator/Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />return forthwith to all bidders the deposit made with bids, except that <br />the deposit of the successful bidder and the next lowest bidder shall <br />be retained until a contract has been signed. <br /> <br />Adopted by the City Council this 28st d~ August, 1978. <br /> <br /> -- ' i ~- '~' Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
