RESOLUTION NO. 78 - 26 <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it has becc~a necessary to oontinue the sale of Ramsey's 1978 <br />Bituminous Surfacing Improvement Bonds to 6:30 p.m., on October 17, 1978, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in order to continue said sale it is necessary to publish the <br />Notice of Sale in the city's legal newspaper and ~cial West; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the city's fiscal agent is hereby authorized to take what- <br />ever action necessary to permit said sale to occur at 6:30 p.m., on October 17, <br />1978 including t2~ publication in the City's legal newspaper and Commarcial West <br />of the notice of sale and the actions of the City's Fiscal Agent and City Clerk <br />are hereby ratified in this regard. <br /> <br />PASSED by the Ramsey City Council this 10th day of October, 1978. <br /> <br />Mayor Cox <br />Councilman Reimann <br />Councilman Muller <br />Councilman Gamec <br />Councilman Mickelson <br /> <br />~tion carried. <br /> <br />VOTING NO: None <br /> <br /> <br />
