EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special <br />meeting of the Council of the City of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly <br />held in the City Hall in the City of Ramsey, on Tuesday, October <br />17, 1978, commencing at 6:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br /> Councilman Robert [.~ller <br /> Councilman Gary. Reimann <br /> Councilman Thomas Gamec <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> Mayor Arnold L, Cox <br /> Councilman David Mi~ckelson <br /> <br /> The Mayor announced that the meeting was convened for <br />the consideration of the bids which had been received for the <br />purchase of $345,000 General Obligation Improvement Bonds of <br />1978, as advertised for sale. The City Clerk-Treasurer presented <br />affidavits showing publication of notice of sale in the official <br />newspaper and in Commercial West, a financial paper published in <br />Minneapolis, Minnesota, which <br /> <br /> <br />
