RESOLUTION #34 CITY OF RAMSEY COUNTY OF ANOKA STATE OF MINNESOTA RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ~-~REAS, a contract has been let for the improvement of Yttrium Street N.W. lying between 162nd Avenue on the South and 167th Avenue N.W. on the North, Zirconium Street N.W. lying between 162nd Avenue on the South and 166th Lane N.W. on the North, Azurite Street lying between County State Aid No. S (Nowthen Blvd. N.W.) on the South and 164th Lane N.W. on the North, 166th Lane N.W. lying between Yttrium Street N.W. on ~.e East and Zirconium Street N.W. on the West, 164th Lane N.W. lying between Yttrium Street on the east and Azurite Street on the West, 162nd Avenue lying between Yttrium Street N.W. on the East and Azurite Street on the West in the East ~ of the NE¼ of Section 15, Township 32 Range 25 and the SF~ of the SE¼ of Section 10, Township 32 Range 25 and the con- tract price for such improvement is $73,950.00 and the expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of such improvement amount to $12,940.00 so that the total cost of the improvement will be $86,890.00. NOW, IItEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF _RAMSEY, b4INNESOTA; 1. The cost of such improvement to be specially assessed is hereby de- clared to be $86,890.00. 2. The City Clerk, with the assistance of the City Engineer (Consulting Engineers Diversified) shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for such improvement against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the district affected, without regard to cash valuation, as provided by law, and he shall file a copy of such pro- posed assessment in his office for public inspection. 3. The clerk shall, upon the completion of such proposed assessment, notify the Council thereof. Adopted by the Council this 9th day of November, 1978, Mayor
