RESOLUTION # 3 S <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br />COUNTY' OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF' MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING <br />PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESS~ENT <br /> <br /> WHEI~iAS, a contract has been let for the improvement of the <br />streets located in Whispering Pines Estates and the contract price for <br />such improvement is $109,800.00 and the expenses incurred or to be in=. <br />curred in the making of such improvement amount to $17,712..00 so that <br />the total cost of the improvement will be $127;512,00, <br /> <br />NOW, ]IH~REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF RAblS'EY,. MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. 'fl~e cost of such improvement to be specially' assessed is hereby de.. <br />dared to be $127~512,00.. <br /> <br />2. ~he City Clerk, with the assistance of the City Engineer (~Consulting <br />Engineers Diversified) shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be <br />specially assessed for such improvement against everT assessable lot, <br />piece or parcel of land within the district affected, without regard to <br />cash valuation, as provided by law, and he shall file a copy of such pro, <br />posed assessment in his office for public inspection, <br /> <br />3. 2he clerk shall, upon the completion of such proposed assessment <br />notify the Council thereof. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council this 9th, day of Noven~ser~ 1978. <br /> <br /> <br />
