CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />COUNCIL RESOLUTION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 75-5 requires the City Council to <br />set fee requirements and bond or escrow amounts required of <br />subdividers in the platting process. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby resolved that the following fees <br />shall be required per Ordinance No. 75-5. <br /> <br />Initial Sketch Plan filing fee required <br />in Ordinance No. 75-5 Section 5(b): <br /> <br />$100.00 <br /> <br />Initial Preliminary Plat filing fee required <br />in Ordinance No. 75-5 Section 6.01(b): <br /> <br />a. Plats involving residential lots only: 50.00 <br />b. Plats involving other than residential lots: 100.00 <br />c.
