RE~OLUTION Ab~ORIZING THE CREATION OF A E~PITAL DY~TRICT BE IT RESOLVED by the Toz:u %-3oard County, Minnesota, as follows:' of theTM ~$~ iD o~LS.m~eAy 1. A hospital district is hereby authorized to be created pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 447.31 to 4~7.37, inclusive (Laws 1959, Chapter 570), comprising the territory of the City of Anoka, Minnesota, and each of the following additional municipal corporations:' to~'nship of Gro~~, Anoi~ county; 2. The'Clerk is hereby directed to cause this resolution to be published forthwith in the official newspaper, and this resolution shall become effective forty days after such publication, unless within said period a petition shall be filed with this , signed by qualified electors of the equal in number to 5% of the number of such electors voting at the last preceding election of officers, re- questing a referendum on this resolution; in which case it shall not become effective until approved by a majority of suc~ qualified electors voting thereon at an election called for that purpose. .. 3. Said hospital district shall be deemed duly created after adoption of a resolution authorizing the same by the governing body of each of the municipal cor- porations listed in paragraph l, by a vote of two-thirds of the members elect of such body, and after the effective d~te of the last~resolution so adopted.
