Mr. Mickelson <br />Jntroduc. ed the following Resolution and moved its adoption' <br /> <br /> WtlEREAS, by previous Resolutions of the Council of this municipality <br />it was; determSned to construct and install an improvement known as <br />GradSn~ and Surfacing of 153rd Avenue Northwest (MSAS Route 106), and <br /> <br /> WItEREAS, the City Engineer filed a report stating that the project <br />was feasible, and <br /> <br />WItEREAS, a public hearing was held on the matter by the Council, and <br /> <br /> WItEREAS, following said public hearing the Council did resolve that <br />the project was feasible and necessary, and <br /> <br /> WttEREAS, as a part of said improvement, the Engineer has reported <br />to the Council that it is necessary to acquire interests in certain <br />parcel.$ of' land' <br /> <br /> NOW TIII!;REFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY TIlE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAI~ISEY, <br />M I NNES OTA <br /> <br /> ].
