8. There are large holes in the plaster finish of the walls and ceiling. 9. The interior of the residence d~velling is littered with debris as ~ result of vandalizing and deterioration of the building. 10. The wiring in the residence building is outdated and virtually non-existent. 17. The residence building is a serious fire hazard because of the debris accumulated in and about it. 12. That all glass windows in the barn have been broken or destroyed and the sashes are deteriorated, the doors are aja~ and not on their hinges, the roof leaks causing the attic to be unsafe a~d rotted, the foundation is cracked and in general the barn is in a serious state of disrepair and is a fire hazard and Whereas, it is the opinion of the City's builSing inspector that the two-story wooden frame residence and the barn located on t~e premises are beyond repair because of their delapidated condition and W]~ereas, the condition of the above described buildings creates a serious hazard to the health, welfare and safety of the residents of the community. Now, Therefore, the Ramsey City Council pursuant to M.S.A. Chapter 463 hereby orders you, the owner of the subject property, Virgil Johnson, to destroy the t~o-story wooden frame g~ay residence building and the barn located on the above described property within twenty (20) days of the date of service of this Order on you AND That if you should fail to comply with this order as herein directed wit]~in that twenty (20) day period, the City will move the District Court of the Tenth Judicial District, State of ~in~esota, Anoka Cou~ty for summary enforcement of this Order unless t~e above action is taken within the time as specified or unless an answer is filed in District Court, Anoka County~ Minnesota and
