RESOLUTION NO. 21 <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A FEE FOR MOVING STRUCTURES IN OR WITHIN <br />THE CITY OF RAMSEY PURSUANT TO ORDINANCE 74-5. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ordinance 74-5, Section 1 adopts all provisions of the UNIFORM <br />BUILDING CODE 1973, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it has come to the attention of the City Council that applications <br />are being made to have structures moved into or within the City of Ramsey, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, these structures must be inspected for code compliance by the <br />Building Official of the City of Ramsey prior to issuance of a building permit, <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City should be reimbursed for the expenses incurred for this <br />preliminary inspection by the Building Official, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Ramsey that <br />the following schedule of fees will govern inspections by the Building Official <br />of structures that are to be moved under the authority of the City Ordinance 74-5. <br /> <br />Moving of Buildings or Structunes <br />into or within the City of Ramsey <br /> <br />Fee: $100.00 minimum deposit <br /> payable before any inspections <br /> -and ilar-appears that the <br /> cost may exceed $100.00, the <br /> building inspector, may ~ his <br /> di$cretinn charge mnre than that. <br /> <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Ramsey this <br />1976. <br /> <br />13thday of October <br /> <br />ATTEST <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br />C1 erk ~/ --- <br /> <br /> <br />
