RESOLUTION NO. 22 <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISH A FEE FOR PLUMBING PERMITS <br /> <br />PURSUANT TO ORDINANCE 74-5 <br /> <br />WHEREAS Section 3 of Ordinance 74-5 of the City Ordinance provides for permit <br />fees for plumbing permits per Section 303, Chapter 3, of the UNIFORM BUILDING <br />CODE 1973 EDITION. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Ramsey that <br />the following schedule of fees will govern issuance of plumbing permits under <br />the authority of the City Ordinance 74-5. <br /> <br />Plumbing Work <br /> <br /> (1) plumbing fixtures, devices, <br /> connections <br /> <br />$5.00 plus $2.00 per fixture <br /> device and connection. <br /> <br />(2) garbage grinder or diswasher <br /> <br />$5.00 per unit. <br /> <br />(3) septic systems <br /> <br />$10.00 per each system and/or <br /> each repair. <br /> <br />Adopted by the City Council on the <br /> <br />13th day of October 1976. <br /> <br />ATTEST <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br /> <br />
