RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />23 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION FOR WRITING OFF UNCOLLECTIBLE ACCOUNTS. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a record of accounts receivable must be kept and <br />follow up on old accounts has to be made, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, attempts should be made to collect older accounts, with <br />subsequent referral to the City Attorney for legal action if <br />necessary, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, if these attempts to collect old accounts is not <br />successful, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved that accounts receivable may be <br />written off only with the approval of the City Council of the City <br />of Ramsey. <br /> <br />Adopted this 13th day of October <br /> <br />1976. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br />el erk <br /> <br /> <br />
