RESOLUTION NO. 24 <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION TO CLOSE CERTAIN FUNDS USED IN THE CITY ACCOUNTING PROCEDURE AND <br />CONSOLIDATE THEM INTO ONE GENERAL FUND. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City's Auditing firm, Haskins & Sells, has recommended that <br />the City close certain funds as follows and transfer them into the General <br />Fund effective January 1, 1976: Fire Fund, Park and Recreation Fund, Road <br />and Bridge Fund and Building Fund, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The City Council does concede that the closing of these funds and <br />transferring them into the General Fund is in the best interest to simplify <br />City accounting procedures, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved that the Fire Fund, Park and Recreation Fund, <br />Road and Bridge Fund, and Building Fund are hereby closed and transferred into <br />the General Fund effective January 1, 1976. <br /> <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Ramsey this 13th day of October <br />1976. <br /> <br />ATTEST <br /> <br />( SEAL )i~_ <br /> <br />Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
